Below are the main rules and policies of Hotel Dream to ensure a pleasant and transparent stay for all our guests. Please read the following information carefully before booking.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT • Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM • Check-out: by 10:00 AM • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges • A valid ID document is required at check-in for all guests (legal requirement) • For arrivals after 10:00 PM, please notify the property in advance

PAYMENT • We accept cash, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) • Payment for the stay is required at check-in or check-out, as agreed • A deposit may be required for extended stays

CANCELLATION POLICY • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date • Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before: charge for the first night • Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: charge for the entire stay • Cancellation policies may vary during high season, fairs or special events • Please verify specific conditions at the time of booking

CHILDREN AND FAMILIES • Children are welcome at Hotel Dream • Cots and extra beds are available upon request (subject to availability) • Children must be accompanied by an adult in common areas at all times • Breakfast is included for all registered guests

PETS Hotel Dream does not currently accept pets. We apologise for the inconvenience and invite you to contact us for any specific needs.

SMOKING POLICY • Hotel Dream is entirely non-smoking • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, corridors and enclosed common areas • Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas (terrace, patio) • Violation of the smoking ban will result in a charge for room sanitisation

PARKING • Private internal parking is subject to availability • Parking costs are to be agreed at the time of booking • Advance booking is recommended, especially during high season • The parking area is unattended: management is not responsible for any damage or theft

BREAKFAST • Breakfast is included in the room rate • Breakfast hours: from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM • Breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor • For special dietary requirements (allergies, intolerances, special diets) please inform us at the time of booking

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay • In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs • Valuables can be stored at the reception • The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended in common areas
